What should I expect at our first appointment?
At our initial session we will go over the forms you have completed online and will have an opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns relating to the online forms. The primary focus of our initial session is to get to know each other, to discuss what brought you to counseling, and to address expectations for therapy. We will also begin the process of formulating short and long-term goals of treatment.
What are your fees?
Our initial clinical session will be 75 minutes and the fee is $275. Subsequent sessions are 60 minutes and $225 per session.
I accept payment by credit card.
Coaching Packages and associated fees are determined following an assessment in order to evaluate the appropriateness of coaching, and to agree upon the duration and frequency of the coaching engagement. Coaching packages are customized to meet the needs of each individual coaching client.
Do you take insurance?
I do not accept insurance or participate directly with any insurance companies; however, upon request I will provide statements for your records or “super bills” for you to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network benefit reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company to verify your coverage if you plan to submit for reimbursement.
